NO Fuss Noodle bowl
Eating well doesn't have to be complicated. And it can also be very affordable whilst also tasting great tool. This quick and easy lunch comes to around 350 cals providing 33g of protein, 45g of carbs and 5g of fat.

Ingredients
King prawns 150g
Egg fried noodles 150g
Green beans
Bean sprouts all in a homemade
Fresh tomato
Ginger
Soy sauce
Fresh chilli
Fresh lemon
Method -
Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to a hot wok or pan.
Then throw in 1 cup of green beans & a handful of bean sprouts and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add 1 tomato, a wee squeeze of tomato puree, the juice of half a lemon and 1 tbsp of ginger, chilli and soy to a blender. Then blend!
After the veg has softened throw in 150g of straight to wok noodles before adding in the blended down sauce.
Finally, add 150g of cooked prawns and some more bean sprouts to the pan for extra texture. Then enjoy!
