Diet

The first point of call is to assess what your diet looks like - we can keep the good bits and identify the, well, not so good and substitute healthier alternatives in their place. Dependent on your goals, we will construct the food plan together. Honesty is key here; One day I ate pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was a friends stag and let’s just say it was a lad, lad, lads driven affair. Just to clarify that’s three different pizzas, not the same one – so no judgement from me. This part can be worthwhile - if painful - exercise in reviewing what you put in your body each week.

Fitness Plan

After we discuss the diet, we’re on the right track. The next step is to create a personalized fitness plan that’s built specifically around your goals; I’ll take your physical attributes, factor in your fitness goals and provide you with a bespoke regime that will help you get there. It's important to note that smashing out 3-4 gym sessions a week won’t transform your body alone. It’s the other hours of the day - and what you do with them - that’s more important to reaching your end goal.

Support

I know it can get tough when you decide to take the first steps towards a happier you, so that’s why I’ll be right beside you on your journey. It’s not just me paying lip service either; by having weekly reviews and communicating regularly I get to know what’s working for you and what’s not – I can make little tweaks if necessary and your plan can naturally evolve over time.

Also, I know that sometimes it’s not the physical aspect of training that’s the most difficult; there can be significant mental challenges that come with changing your lifestyle and getting fit. A quick chat can sometimes go a long way, so staying in touch and offering support is a big part of what I do. Let’s have fun while we get healthy – plus, I’ve got great patter!
